Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are you located?
    We are located in North Bay, ON but serve all over Ontario and offer Canada wide shipping. Please refer to the bottom of our website for our direct address, drop offs and pickups are by appointment only.
  • Can I still preserve my flowers if they are air dried and years old?
    Yes, we have preserved flowers 7+ years old! If your flowers are air dried this will also allow you to avoid the overnight shipping costs of getting fresh flowers to us if you need to ship them to our studio.
  • How do I pack my flowers to ship to you?
    If you select shipping as your drop off method during the booking process you will receive detailed packing instructions as well as a video demonstration to ensure they arrive safely to our studio. We recommend you plan to overnight ship them to avoid having your package sit at a courier location for an extended period of time.
  • I'm from out of town, how can I get my bouquet to you?
    You can either have someone drop it off at our studio in North Bay or you can ship it to us! We commonly have family members or friends drop off flowers as they are passing through after an event. If you choose to ship us your bouquet we recommend overnight shipping to ensure your package doesn't sit at a courier for an extended period of time. Once you select shipping during the booking process you will receive detailed instructions and a video on how to properly pack your flowers to ensure they arrive safely.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    Our spots book up quickly, especially during wedding season so it is important to book as soon as you know you'd like to order a preservation to secure your spot! During the booking process you will be able to select your date and see our availability.
  • What's your turnaround time?
    14-18 weeks, although this is not guaranteed as it depends on the fluctuation of our orders.
  • Do I get to choose my design?
    For your main pieces you will receive 2 layout options to choose from, for coaster add-ons you will receive designs for the amount of coasters you've ordered plus a couple of extras to allow for some choice. As for our other add-ons and our 6" letter and 5" pyramid main pieces, we are unable to send design options based on their size and structure, however we do our best to incorporate a good variety of your full bouquet or the accent flowers depending on the size of the add-on you've ordered. If there are special items amongst your bouquet or specific flowers you want incorporated in your piece please email us directly to let us know.
  • Do you ship?
    Yes! We ship anywhere in Canada for a $30 flat rate which insures your order and comes with a tracking number!
  • Is there anything I should do before I get my flowers to you?
    Yes! If dealing with a bouquet style arrangement, have someone trim the stems, put it in water and store in a cool room at the end of your event until you can ship or drop them off to us. If you're dealing with an arrangement where the stems are in flower foam, they are okay to stay as they are, however ensure the foam stays moist until you can get them to us.
  • How late can I book?
    As long as our calendar dates are open you can book! We recommend planning to have your flowers at our studio within 4 days after your event to ensure the flowers are at their best for the preservation process. However if we do not have availability feel free to contact us and we can discuss your options!
