Our Process
Step One
Fill out our contact form by clicking any button (including this one) to receive our booking brochure. This form will allow us to confirm the availability for your date and our brochure will give you all the necessary information needed to book, allowing you to choose your items, your drop off or shipping date and pay all in one area! We recommend you book to have your flowers at our studio within 4 days after your event, if you are shipping your flowers please refer to our FAQ page for important details.
StepTwo
Drop off or ship your flowers to our studio! Once we receive your flowers they will be processed to dry for up to 1 month, after which you will be sent layout options to choose from for your main keepsake(s) and any coaster add-ons. Due to the shape and size of some of our products, layout options are not available for some pieces. You can find further details about this on our FAQ page.
StepThree
Choose your layout and personalization! At this point you will have received an email with 2 layout options for your main pieces (excluding any 6" letters and pyramids) and a variety of options for any coaster add-ons you may have on your order. If you chose to personalize your main piece you'll also have a chance to choose your font and colour at this time. Our personalizations are done with a vinyl inlay.
Step Four
Let the pouring begin! Here we take extreme care to encase your flowers and/or other items by pouring multiple layers of resin. This process is very delicate and takes several weeks to complete to ensure we are able to achieve our standard of clarity in your piece. *Please note* Once your layout has been approved and the resin stage begins no changes can be made to your design.
StepFive
Once your pieces are in the final stages we will contact you to schedule your pickup or notify you of your tracking number once your items are sent out from our studio. Our process takes about 14-18 weeks from start to finish.
